West Babylon Tow Service was founded in 2025 by a group of Long Island natives who had seen firsthand how frustrating it is to be stranded on the side of the road with no one to trust. The towing industry has a reputation for overcharging and slow response times. We set out to do things differently from day one.
Our founders grew up in the West Babylon area and spent years working in auto repair and roadside assistance before starting this company. They knew the roads, they knew the community, and they knew what drivers actually needed when something went wrong. That local knowledge and hands-on experience is built into everything we do.
We started small, with a single flatbed truck and a commitment to answering every call within two rings. As word spread around the neighborhood that we were reliable, affordable, and honest, the business grew. Today, we run a full fleet of tow trucks and service vehicles covering West Babylon and a dozen nearby communities, including Babylon, Lindenhurst, Copiague, Amityville, and beyond.
